Statistics of Monday 05/21/07
From yesterday:
1. New, not applicable.
2. Starting weight = 241.6; Target Weight = 195; Need to Lose = 46.6pounds (I only weigh once a week so this is the same as yesterday.
3. Starting blood pressure.... unknown yet.
4. Walked 8 miles
5. 3 bowls of pipe tobacco.
6. No alcohol.
7. No intercourse.
8. Emotionally: 5, Average. No anxiety, less lethargy.
9. Physically: 5, feel average, but more tired than I would like after exercise. That hopefully will dissipate as I continue
10. Sleep: 6 hours.
11. Good breakfast, good lunch, good dinner (Chicken Bake, green beans, salad), good snacks (appropriate dessert of spice cake and small ice cream, and popcorn).
