Vital Stats on February 16, 2009
It has been a while since I posted, but that does not mean I have not been working...
From yesterday:
1. Not applicable.
2. Starting weight = 191.4; Old Target Weight = 195... MET!!!! New Target Weight of 180.0; Need to Lose = 11.4 pounds .
3. Starting blood pressure.... unknown yet.
4. Walked 4 miles
5. 8 bowls of pipe tobacco.
6. No alcohol.
7. 1 intercourse.
8. Emotionally: 4, Average. No anxiety, less lethargy.
9. Physically: 7, feel average, but more tired than I would like after exercise. That hopefully will dissipate as I continue
10. Sleep: 6 hours.
11. Good breakfast, good lunch, good dinner , good snacks
