Vital Stats on February 16, 2009

It has been a while since I posted, but that does not mean I have not been working...

From yesterday:

1. Not applicable.

2. Starting weight = 191.4; Old Target Weight = 195... MET!!!! New Target Weight of 180.0; Need to Lose = 11.4 pounds .

3. Starting blood pressure.... unknown yet.

4. Walked 4 miles

5. 8 bowls of pipe tobacco.

6. No alcohol.

7. 1 intercourse.

8. Emotionally: 4, Average. No anxiety, less lethargy.

9. Physically: 7, feel average, but more tired than I would like after exercise. That hopefully will dissipate as I continue

10. Sleep: 6 hours.

11. Good breakfast, good lunch, good dinner , good snacks

Water - exceptionally well.... 2 quarts of pure water, plus plenty of diet soda, coffee, etc.

Weight and Other Updates for 08/13/07

Yesterday was the start of a new period of increased physical activity on my part. Here are the basic vital statistics thus far:

Weight Monday morning: 224.6 pounds
Pipes on Monday - 6
100% healthy eating
Walked 2 hours (approximately 8 miles)

Statistics of Monday 05/21/07

From yesterday:

1. New, not applicable.

2. Starting weight = 241.6; Target Weight = 195; Need to Lose = 46.6pounds (I only weigh once a week so this is the same as yesterday.

3. Starting blood pressure.... unknown yet.

4. Walked 8 miles

5. 3 bowls of pipe tobacco.

6. No alcohol.

7. No intercourse.

8. Emotionally: 5, Average. No anxiety, less lethargy.

9. Physically: 5, feel average, but more tired than I would like after exercise. That hopefully will dissipate as I continue

10. Sleep: 6 hours.

11. Good breakfast, good lunch, good dinner (Chicken Bake, green beans, salad), good snacks (appropriate dessert of spice cake and small ice cream, and popcorn).

Details of Sunday May 20, 2007

1. New, not applicable.

2. Starting weight = 241.6; Target Weight = 195; Need to Lose = 46.6pounds.

3. Starting blood pressure.... unknown yet.

4. No exercise (except mowing the lawn)

5. 7 bowls of pipe tobacco.

6. No alcohol.

7. One act of intercourse.

8. Emotionally: 3.5, sad, not feeling good. No anxiety, but significant lethargy.

9. Physically: 2, I ate poorly... several misteps.... ate a few servings of a nut-based party mix. I felt bloated, lethargic, unmotivated, out of shape.

10. Sleep: 7 hours.

11. Good breakfast, no lunch, several servings of nut-based party mix, good dinner (but too many servings of pasta... sphagetti, veggies, garlic toast, salad), healthy snacks at night.

The Goals of Life & Health

1. At the start of each month, I shall list my overall vital statistics and track my overall monthly progress.

2. Once each week, I shall weigh myself.

3. Once each week, I shall record my blood pressure.

4. Each day I will describe my exercise for the previous day.

5. Each day I will describe the number of times I have smoked.

6. Each day I will describe the number of times I have consumed alcohol.

7. Each day I will describe the number of times I have had intercourse.

8. Each day I will give myself an overall ranking 1-10 on how I feel emotionally.

9. Each day I will give myself an overall ranking 1-10 on how I feel physically.

10. Each day I will describe the amount of sleep I have gotten the night before.

11. Daily dietary notes.

Here it goes:

1. New, not applicable.

2. Starting weight = 232; Target Weight = 195; Need to Lose = 37 pounds.

3. Starting blood pressure 128/65

4. No exercise.

5. 4 bowls of pipe tobacco.

6. No alcohol.

7. No intercourse.

8. Emotionally: 6.5, not happy nor sad, just mundane. No significant anxiety.

9. Physically: 4, average couch potato feelings, with added discomfort because of a family gathering that lead to my making poor food choices.

10. Sleep: 5 hours.

11. Good breakfast, no lunch, "Party Food" dinner.
